Is the grass always greener on the other side?

The screenshot below is from a cooking video on Youtube.

Imagine you’re that person, sitting on the grass patch with your favourite pet and looking into the beautiful terraced rice fields. Now and then, a cool breeze kisses your face…

It sounds romantic. It’s like something that only happens in the dream.

Well, I’ve tried it before. But it’s anything but romantic.

I’ve got bitten by mosquitoes, my butt and thighs itched like crazy because of the grass, and my arms were sore because of the “romantic” position I had to maintain.

Oh, did I mention the irritating bees and butterflies? And the poo-poo left by some pets with inconsiderate owners?

The grass always looks greener on the other side. But the moment you step into the other side, it may be a different story.

So, what gives?

Count your blessings or be prepared to have limited happy days.
