The above words from the audio book I was listening to intrigued me so much that I had to slow down my run so that I could pay attention to its explanation.
You see, those who know what’s wrong with them and take care of themselves accordingly will tend to live a lot longer than those who consider themselves perfectly healthy and neglect their weaknesses.
So, in that sense at least, a weakness of some sort can do you a big favor, if you acknowledge it’s there. The same goes for one’s limitations.
So simple but yet it makes so much sense!
PS: The title of the audio book is, “The Tao of Pooh”
