Self-Validation is the Best Validation

“You’ve gotta love yourself enough to look inside you and not beside you for your joy, confidence, and self-worth.”

Mandy Hale

When you look for validation from others, you are looking for something external that substitutes the validation you deserve from within.

You are looking for an outside source to tell you that you are valuable instead of believing in yourself.

Maybe your sparkle comes from somewhere deeper inside, somewhere so pure and authentic it doesn’t need gloss or polish or glitter to shine.

Maybe your sparkle is just the natural radiance from a clear crystal soul.

You’re beautiful, just the way you are. Shine on. And dare anyone to turn off the lights.

So stop trying to be something you’re not on the outside. Stop trying to impress others with your smile, wit, poise, money, status, etc.

To people who appreciate you for who you are, that’s all that matters. To those who don’t, why even bother trying to please them?

Just be yourself, and allow the authentic you to shine through.
